Allowing time for the initial interview, posture, movement, and breath assessment.
Packages of sessions are strongly recommended for all new clients. The goal of any Yoga Therapy session is to give the individual what they need for self-care and self-practice, this is best done over a group of sessions.
3 session package - initial 90-minute appointment followed by 2 x 60 minutes at £185. (Save £10)
5 session package - initial 90-minute appointment followed by 4 x 60 minutes at £295. (Save £20)

Follow up sessions for clients who have had a first 90-minute appointment.
Assessing how the given practice is working for you adjusting /changing elements to further move you toward your goals. Also addressing anything new which may arise.
For packages book one 90-minute appointment then book follow-up 60-minute appointments (you don’t have to book all follow-ups straight away but its recommend to book the first a week after your initial appointment).
Can be booked by returning clients ad-hoc
